X. What is the semantic web? Are we there yet?
The semantic web is an evolving extension of the world wide web in which web content can be expressed not only in natural language, but also in a format that can be read and used by software agents, thus permitting them to find, share and integrate information more easily. We are not at there yet.

Phone; mobile/smart phone; CD; DVD-room; Television; telegram; digital photo/video; the Internet.

Undoubtedly, more people, potential consumers will know it, if a restaurant put itself online. Therefore, the sales and the reputation will increase. Moreover, it is a kind of advertising. Hence, the cost of advertising will decrease.

Security is the biggest barrier which includes banking and information safety.
Communication, for e-commerce business can not communication as effectively as the normal business such as meeting.
Knowledge – lack of relevant knowledge to operating the e-commerce business leads the organization loss customer and go to the wrong way.
Start fee – to start a e-commerce is not a cheap investment for some people.
VI. List four drivers to adoption of sell-side e-commerce by business
Reduce the inventory.
Reduce the administrative cost.
Create new markets and customer.
Marking cost decreased.
III. Different types of e business
Business to business (B2B) – Applies to businesses buying from and selling to each other over the Internet.
Business to consumer (B2C) – applies to any business that sells its productions or provides service to consumers by using the Internet.
Consumer to business (C2B) - applies to any consumer that sells a product or service to a business by the Internet.
Consumer to consumer (C2C) – applies to sites primarily offering goods and service to assist consumers interacting with each other by the Internet(Baltzan, Phillips, Lynch & Blakey, 2010).
V. What the different is between buy side and sell side of e-commerce?
Buy-side e-commerce is transactions that obtain or purchase product or service from supplier organization
Sell-side e-commerce is transactions that offer and sell product or service to the customers(Baltzan, Phillips, Lynch & Blakey, 2010).
IV. Which digital technology has the highest penetration rate?
I think smartphone is the highest penetration rate. Smartphone has achieved 50 percent penetration of America customer market(R.A. 2012). II. Defiation
E-commerce is transacting business by using the Internet and the Websites. Or more officially, commercial transactions between and among organizations and individuals digitally(Laudon & Traver, 2008). E-business is “the digital enabling of transactions and processes within a firm, involving information systems under the control of the firm(Laudon & Traver, 2008).”
I. Internet risks- give examples of four things that can go wrong with a transactional site?
First of all, the biggest issue that we must face is the security problem while we use the transactional website. As a customer may not only loss the money, but also personal information. And the company may loss the trust of their customers. Furthermore, we will face the difficulties and problems, when we are using the transactional websites. Communication is more difficult than normal business as face to face. Therefore, this a big challenge for customer service of online-business. Moreover, it is hard that distinguish whether the goods, which be displayed on the screen, is good or not, because the goods are not touchable and may use the fake picture. Finally, the transactional website wills loss the customers who have not a computer or knowledge or skills such as old people.
