Hence, the organization need to adjust the web site to please the changeable customers’ requires continually.

Present means the appearance of a person or organization on the World Wide Web. Also the social network profiles and the search engine ranking, traffic, popularity and backlinks are also included. *Usable Doesn’t Have To Mean Ugly ‘for a web design to be truly beautiful, it has to be functional, have purpose and contribute in some way to the website’s intuitiveness, usefulness and branding. All of these things contribute to the overall effect of a design’. This is a quote from one of the articles on web design linked on Web pages that suck. Find a web page that ‘does not suck’ and discuss the features that make it work

The web site of Cathay pacific is a does not suck web site in my mind, because it has a simple and easy for using structure. First of all is the language chose button, which is very humanization design. And the ticks booking system directly show how to using. The color of the web is same as its company’s airplanes. Furthermore, the web site include the relevant information and service such as hotel booking and the information of the airport and check in manual etc. nevertheless, the web site is still clear, because the main parts represent on the first page and the detail follow by click link. Therefore, it is easy for using and beautiful web site.

Because, company need the information about their market, and the government need the data about their governed regions, people. For instance, every company want to sell a new product, it will arise a foretaste first, and collection the feedback for the market. Therefore, we can make the kind of technology companies for selling data for the organization that they want the data and information.

Question Two: watch or read the Marissa Mayer interview. Marissa says ‘search is in its infancy’. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? What is your personal experience with search?

First of all, Marissa Mayer intruded the concept that ideas from everywhere. Collecting all the ideas to build the prototypes, and build the team around the prototypes. And try something and get feedback from and try again.

Moreover, she talk about the work style of Google. They use small team to replace the large team, which is common in other company. The benefits of small team is make decision quickly and communicate effectively, because they can share idea or exchange information by turn back your head to avoid organize a meeting. Also, According to her interview, she believe that every person who is on o the term, deserve to be respected and their ideas need be considered whatever it is, because one of them have the highly probability tendency become a new business of Google.

Furthermore, She mentioned consumer analysis basis on review Steve Jobs’s good idea. She hold the opinion that the search have the developing tend to using the voice to control or order the system to do the search, for instance , you say search the image without typing and the computer will obey the order.

I strongly agree the notion that Marissa Mayer, we are in the infancy of the search. Nowadays the iphone can using the voice to control the system, but it stills is a little of it. For example, we also can image that we can take a photo of a building by an application and it will give all information about the building without typing the name and even you don’t know what the building is.
